📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be extended slightly during holidays, sales, or high order volume.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

Local Pickup (St. Pete, FL): Free – you’ll receive an email when your order is ready
We currently only ship within the U.S. (Let us know if you’d like to see international shipping in the future!)
💌 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
📫 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shellandstonellc@outlook.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to make it right.
